Machinery Sales and Business Development Representative
In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base. Your expertise in agricultural or turf equipment and farming practices will enable you to identify new opportunities and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
You will represent the company in machinery sales, conduct equipment demonstrations in the field, and assist customers with financing options for new and used equipment. You will also maintain accurate customer records using sales tools like EQUIP, Handle, and Sales Centre, and participate in ongoing sales training to enhance skills and industry knowledge. Additionally, you will collaborate with Service Specialists to optimize equipment performance and provide post-sale support to customers.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of equipment sales experience, proficiency in standard desktop applications like Microsoft Office and Internet, and flexibility to work varied hours. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to ongoing learning and development are essential.
