Job Description
As a Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring service excellence in a large-scale social housing contract by efficiently coordinating, monitoring, and supporting subcontractor performance of facility management service delivery.
This role involves communicating updates and commencement dates with customers and service teams, managing works from planning to completion, reviewing work status, and monitoring project expenditure against budgets.
You will also be required to communicate work requirements, plans, and timelines to all staff, ensure timely resolution of delivery issues, champion safety culture and compliance, and provide guidance to staff.
About You
For this role, you should have strong administration experience and ideally coordination of building maintenance or facility management services. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have the ability to work under pressure.
