Restaurant Supervisor / FOH Management Team Since opening in 2014, Lucy Liu has become an icon in the Melbourne dining scene. Accessed off Oliver Lane in the Flinders Lane dining quadrant, the restaurant provides delicious Modern-Asian cuisine, cool cocktails, and an enviable list of local and international wines served in a vibrant and busy 'street food' environment.
About the role This is a full-time role involving a mix of responsibilities, including running shifts, supporting FOH operations, hosting duties, and sometimes running a section or floating across a 5-day roster including weekends.
Skills and experience What we're looking for: 2 years experience in a similar role. The ability to work well in a team and as a leader. A passion for food, beverage, and the industry as a whole. Confident communication skills and an ability to remain cool under pressure. Experience across a range of POS and reservations systems (we use Redcat and Seven Rooms).
