As a Kitchen Hand / Junior Chef, you'll play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly:
* Assisting our chef with food preparation, cooking, and plating.
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen.
* Washing dishes, utensils, and keeping work areas organized.
* Learning authentic Mexican recipes and techniques.
* Supporting the team during busy service times.

* Previous kitchen or hospitality experience would be amazing

Front of House Team Members
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, responsible for:
* Greeting and seating guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
* Taking orders and delivering food and drinks with efficiency and care.
* Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring guests feel at home.
* Supporting the team to keep service smooth and the atmosphere buzzing.
* Handling payments and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.
What We're Looking For
* Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
