We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in the Cessnock Hub.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with disability, providing support and assistance in their daily lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients try new things, build life skills, and participate in community activities.
* Skill Builder: Teach life skills with patience and understanding
* Care Guru: Assist with personal care tasks
* Behaviour Whisperer: Work with personalized behaviour plans
* Family Connector: Share progress with clients' families
* Transport Legend: Drive clients to programs
* Admin Wizard: Organize notes and schedules
The role requires minimum 3 days a week, 7 AM - 9 PM, Monday to Friday. We offer flexible hours to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
