Canberra Health Services Dental are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to fill the role of Personal Assistant to the Director and Clinical Director. This role provides support to these roles and includes tasks such as screening and directing phone calls, coordinating correspondence, diary and shared inbox management, secretariat support, organisation of crucial tasks and meeting scheduling.
We are looking for someone who is an effective, efficient and strong communicator, has strong organisational and time management skills, and is able to determine priorities and exercise initiative.
