About the Role
As a Contact Centre Consultant at Mike Carney Toyota you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Whether it's helping with service bookings, answering inquiries or providing expert advice, you play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. Your job is varied and exciting, with no two days ever the same.
What You'll Be Doing
* Answering Calls: Be the friendly voice of our brand, ensuring a smooth customer experience and meeting team KPIs.
* Service Bookings & Inquiries: Help customers schedule service appointments, provide cost estimates and upsell services with clear, transparent communication.
* Data Integrity: Maintain accurate customer details in our system, ensuring that every interaction is seamless.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet goals, cover shifts during breaks and ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Daily Admin: Manage emails, follow‐ups and parts lists, all while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
