Aussie Kids Kindergarten at Mermaid Watersare seeking passionate, caring Diploma or Cert III Qualified Educators to join our team on a permanent part time basis 5 days a week. The successful applicants will possess a passion for high quality care and education.
The Qualified Educator position encompasses the following:-
* Nurturing, caring for and educating children aged birth - 5 years
* Assisting in planning and implementing a play-based, emergent curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
* Delivering consistent high quality care and presentation to all work practices
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, families, children and the wider community
Selection Criteria
* Diploma or Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Available on a permanent basis 5 days a week
* Experience essential
* Current Working with Children Check
* Senior First Aid and CPR, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
* A passion and enthusiasm for learning
* A desire to create warm and inviting learning spaces for children
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Be able to enhance a great team environment
* Knowledge of current regulations and Early Years Learning Framework
