The Role
You will take ownership of your own localised portfolio, focusing on delivering a high level of service to both landlords and tenants while working within a highly supported environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Coordinate all day‐to‐day maintenance requests
* Managing day‐to‐day portfolio matters efficiently
* Conducting final bond inspections only
* Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained
Support Includes
* Dedicated leasing team managing all leasing responsibilities
* Routine inspections outsourced
* Entry inspections and PCRs outsourced
* No trust accounting
* Streamlined systems and established processes
* PropertyTree software in place
About You
* Previous residential property management experience
* Have previous experience managing your own portfolio
* Must hold a valid Property Management Registration (WA)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* The ability to manage a portfolio efficiently and professionally
* A positive, team‐focused approach
* A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
