About the role:

The Planner / Scheduler (Fixed & Mobile Plant) involves establishing, developing, and managing safe, compliant, and efficient planning and scheduling processes to achieve business objectives and drive optimal performance. Ideally, you will hold a relevant trade qualification.

We're looking for candidates with proven experience in developing and managing maintenance schedules, and proficiency in maintenance management systems such as SAP. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholder

Key accountabilities include:

Be a proactive self-starter, taking initiative in managing and driving the maintenance planning and scheduling process.
Lead and promote a safety culture, ensuring safe practices across all operations.
Develop short to medium-term maintenance and demand plans that comply with system requirements and support efficient maintenance delivery.
Ensure all division plans are scheduled and completed on time, meeting system compliance.
Convert the scheduled maintenance plan into a detailed inventory demand plan.
Collaborate with teams to ensure processes and systems support planned maintenance.
Work with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Communicate daily with teams and repair providers to ensure everyone follows the same maintenance schedule.
Ensure long-term maintenance plans align with fixed and mobile plant equipment goals, including capacity considerations.
About you:

Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Experience in Maintenance Systems and SAP (mandatory).
Hold an open 'C' Class Drivers Licence.
