We’re growing – and we’re looking for experienced Site Installers and Site Supervisors to join our high-performing NSW team.
The Opportunities
Site Installer
If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools, and being part of a team that brings projects to life, this role is for you. You’ll prepare job sites, install steel structures, and ensure quality and safety every step of the way.
Site Supervisor
Ready to lead? In this role you’ll coordinate site teams, oversee installations, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Bring a trade background (carpenter, rigger, boilermaker, steel installer, etc.) or relevant site installation experience.
- Hold a manual driver’s licence.
- Can read and interpret plans.
- Are comfortable with day, night, and weekend work.
- Take pride in safety, quality, and getting results.
- Communicate well and work effectively as part of a site team.
- Hold a valid RIW ticket (advantageous).
- Have Rigging, Hiab, or Mobile Crane tickets (advantageous).
*For the Supervisor role, proven leadership experience in construction/steel installation.
