Oz Coast Construction is a trusted, locally owned construction company specialising exclusively in school and government projects across Brisbane. We are a small, tight‐knit team known for our reliability, quality workmanship, and professional service.
As our project workload continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead site operations and help deliver high‐quality government and education sector projects.

About the Role
As Site Foreman, you will take responsibility for the day‐to‐day management of site operations, coordinating trades, subcontractors, and labour to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
You will oversee projects across school and government facilities, including refurbishments, maintenance programs, and small commercial construction works.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and trades
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
* Ensure works are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification
* Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project documentation
* Maintain workplace health and safety compliance
* Conduct toolbox talks and site safety checks
* Monitor quality control and workmanship standards
* Liaise with the Project Manager and provide site updates
* Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Leading Hand
* Strong leadership and site coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and project activities
* White Card and relevant construction tickets
* Blue Card (or ability to obtain) for working on school sites
* Current Driver's Licence
