About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales and relationship leader to lead engagement and growth across our Queensland State Government portfolio. The successful candidate will have deep knowledge of the Queensland government and ICT landscape, bringing commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a strong network to help shape long-term customer partnerships and deliver impactful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

">
* Manage high-value accounts and develop strategies for existing and new opportunities.
* Drive business development, revenue growth, market share, innovation, and strategic co-creation initiatives with key partners.
* Work closely with internal teams to accelerate our footprint and influence within the sector.
* Build trusted relationships with executive and IT stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and account expansion.
* Develop and execute integrated account strategies across departments, health districts, and agencies.
* Secure new government customers and grow revenue across core offerings.
* Engage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

About You:

* You have extensive experience in relationship sales within IT or Telecommunications.
* You have proven success managing and growing complex, high-value customer accounts.
* You have leadership experience, either directly or via matrixed teams.
* You have a strong network and reputation within Queensland's ICT and government community.
* You can demonstrate ability to build strategic plans and deliver growth in competitive markets.
* You possess strong negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
* You have a collaborative and innovative mindset, with a focus on creating value for customers and partners.
