We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in partnership management, business development, or fundraisingSkilled in building strong relationships and negotiating win–win outcomesResults-driven, with proven success in delivering measurable revenue, engagement, or social impactA confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skillsOrganised, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperienced in the health, education, or not-for-profit sector (desirable)
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, Corporate & Community Engagement with one direct report, the Partnership Manager will:
Identify and recommend new partnerships with corporates, community groups, and educational institutionsManage and nurture existing partner relationships to maximise value and engagementSupport the design and delivery of partnership activations, campaigns, and eventsCollaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with fundraising and educational goalsTrack, measure, and report on partnership outcomes including revenue, engagement, and health impact metricsDevelop proposals, presentations, and reports for prospective and current partnersRepresent THRF Group at external meetings, events, and networking opportunitiesPromote and uphold THRF Group's Code of Conduct and positive workplace culture
