About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct video and phone consultations with patients via our secure telehealth platform
* Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
* Prescribe medications in accordance with Australian regulations and clinical guidelines
* Maintain accurate and compliant electronic medical records
* Provide patient‐centred, evidence‐based medical care
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals when required
* Uphold professional, ethical, and legal standards at all times
Essential Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration (General or Specialist)
* Minimum 2+ years post‐registration clinical experience
* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Reliable internet connection and private workspace
* Medical indemnity insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable Telehealth or digital health experience
* Experience in general practice, urgent care, chronic disease management, or mental health
* Availability for evenings or weekends (optional, not mandatory)
Remuneration & Incentives (Highly Competitive)
* Base Pay : 180 – $250 per hour, depending on experience and specialty
* Commission Structure : Up to 30–40% commission per completed consultation
* Performance‐based incentives for high patient satisfaction and availability
* Earning Potential : Part‐time clinicians can earn $150,000 – $300,000+ annually (pro‐rata)
* No income cap – scale earnings based on availability
