ICT Support Specialist Role
We are seeking an ICT support specialist to join our team in regional Victoria, supporting community care operations and enhancing service coordination in a dynamic, digitally evolving environment.
* Digital Tools Management: Manage and support digital tools used in rostering, scheduling, and service delivery.
* ICT Support: Provide responsive ICT support and resolve technical issues for staff, ensuring data integrity, privacy, and backups in line with organisational policies.
* Digital Process Improvement: Digitise and maintain service forms, records, and dashboards, collaborating with service coordinators to streamline and improve digital processes.
* Training and Development: Train staff in the use of relevant ICT systems and tools, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
* A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related qualification.
* Strong skills in ICT systems administration and end-user support.
* Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
* Clear and effective communication and collaboration abilities.
* Experience with digital rostering systems or CRMs is desirable.
* Understanding of data protection and privacy within healthcare settings.
* Skills in Cybersecurity.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in community health or aged care is highly recommended.
