Inspirations Paint Warners Bay (company) Store is looking for an enthusiastic Paint Sales Assistant for a full‐time position at one of our flagship Inspirations Paint stores. As part of the DuluxGroup, a leading marketer and manufacturer of premium branded products, our employees are part of Australia's largest network of paint stores, serving both retail (DIY) and trade (professional/commercial) markets.

Based at the Warners Bay Store, you may be requested to work at other locations in the region.
Business hours are 7 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, 8 am to 2 pm Saturday, and 9 am to 1 pm Sunday. You will be required to work some weekends on rotation.
Responsibilities
* Follow our "Inspirations Way"
* Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers
* Tint, mix paint and give colour advice and matching
* Deliver paint and accessories as required
* Maintain store presentation, stock management and housekeeping
* Report to the Store Manager and/or 2IC in their absence
* Adhere to Workplace Health & Safety requirements
Qualifications & Attributes
* Background in sales and/or customer service with a paint specialist or in a hardware environment is an advantage
* Practical experience in home improvement projects is desirable
* Proven customer service and sales experience with a strong knowledge of sales processes
* Advanced communication skills and problem‐solving ability
* Willingness to learn and continually improve
* Ability to contribute and work in a small team environment
* Honest, reliable and punctual
* Basic computer skills
* This role involves some heavy lifting up to 25 kg
