Customer Service Role Overview
This position involves managing a team responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient repair and servicing operations.
* Effective management of customer repairs and services
* Identification and tagging of faulty products, along with supplier liaison to ensure timely and accurate services
* Provision of regular updates on repair status and delivery of outstanding customer service
