The OpportunityReporting to the Transport Lead, the Import/Export Transfers Coordinator will support warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and dispatching finished products to internal and external customers within the ANZ network. This role also involves managing import and export requirements for the site.The role is part of the onsite logistics team and contributes to the team's overall success, culture, and performance.What you’ll be doing:Ensure documentation related to safe work and COR practices is completed and filed.Conduct all activities safely, maintaining a safety-first mindset.Support teams in resolving operational issues.Book, schedule, and manage import/export of finished goods, ensuring compliance with customs requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to plan and support labor needs.Experience that you will bringExperience in a supervisory role, preferably in FMCG.Understanding of inbound and outbound operations processes and controls.Knowledge of SAP related to dispatch and transfer processes.A proactive, self-starting approach to work.
