What You'll Be Doing
* Support and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail media, PR and shopper channels
* Drive new product development (NPD) from concept to launch using a structured stage-gate process
* Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D to bring ideas to life
* Deliver retail activation excellence, working closely with major grocery customers
* Analyse performance data and translate insights into smarter, more effective campaigns and products
* Support brand strategy and innovation pipeline, contributing to long-term growth

What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related, with 2+ years' experience in FMCG brand or trade marketing
* Hands‐on experience with campaign delivery and NPD projects
* Strong commercial thinking and analytical capability
* Confident communicator who can influence across teams and stakeholders
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
* A proactive, "roll up your sleeves" mindset
* Exposure to retail media and shopper marketing with experience with retailer scan data (e.g. Circana, Quantium) (highly advantageous)
