We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our multi‐disciplinary team. Choose a generalist caseload or paediatrics, with a flexible split between clinic and community based on client needs.
New graduates are welcome to apply, with structured support and supervision provided.
The Role
* Deliver OT services across NDIS and private clients
* Choose generalist or paediatric caseload
* Work across clinic and community settings
* Plan and deliver assessments, interventions, and reports
* Collaborate with a multi‐disciplinary team
* Manage a sustainable KPI of 5 per day
* Earn bonuses for 5.5+ KPIs
