This role is responsible for providingadministrative support, managing communication with staff,students, and parents, and supervising educators and instructorswithin the Co-Curricular programme.The Co-Curricular programme allows students from Kindergarten toYear 6 to be involved in activities based around cultural,creative, physical and technological intelligence.
Some of theactivities are; Lego Robotics, Taekwondo, Swimming, Drama,Orienteering, Chess, Science Club and Movie Making.About YouYou are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:The ability to work collaboratively with other members ofstaff.High level of attention to detail and a strongunderstanding of confidentiality and discretion.Excellent administrative and organisational skillsincluding strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to meetdeadlines, manage conflicting priorities and maintain attentionto detail.Aptitude for learning new IT systems such as those used atthe school (Synergetic –student database system).Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability tobuild positive working relationships with a diverse range ofstakeholders.Strong administration skills including financialadministration (invoicing, ordering, creating charge sheets andraising purchase orders etc.
