About the Opportunity
Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) is seeking motivated Enrolled Nurse (Community Health) to join the Community Nursing team based, as a casual employee, at Lake Cargelligo. Outreaching to places from Carrathool, Bland and parts of Lachlan Shire.
As the Enrolled Nurse, you will:
* Deliver safe, person-centered, evidence-based nursing care
* Assess, plan and evaluate care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse
* Provide clinical care, education and health promotion
* Build strong therapeutic relationships and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team
* Recognise and respond to deterioration, escalating care as required
* Support safe transitions of care and continuous improvement activities
* Work within scope of practice, including delegated activities, and support AINs, students and learners

* Current nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
