Join our Brisbane Depot as an Allocator and play a critical role in our operations. Our Operations Manager is looking for someone with the right qualities, and we're ready to invest in your training to set you up for success.
* Supervisory Experience – Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment
* Problem-Solving Mindset – Quick thinking and effective decision-making
* Resilience & Adaptability – Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
* Excellent Communication – Work seamlessly with teams and stakeholders
* Industry Knowledge (Preferred, Not Essential) – Transport experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right candidate
* BFM Accreditation or Willingness to Obtain – Understanding of NHVR regulations is an advantage
What You'll Do:
* Freight & Logistics Coordination – Keep deliveries running on time and on track
* Warehouse & Team Leadership – Supervise operations and forklift drivers
* Compliance & Safety – Ensure NHVR regulations, fatigue laws, and safety standards are met
* Load Planning & Scheduling – Build efficient freight loads for maximum performance
* Resource Management – Strategically allocate trucks, equipment, and personnel
* Process Enforcement – Maintain high operational standards and procedures
