Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated HD Component / Rebuild Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HD fitting, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision. You will be responsible for rebuilding and repurposing Transmissions, Torque Converters, Diff and Final Drives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble and fit mechanical components according to specifications.
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
* Collaborate with the team to improve processes and systems.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a HD Component / Rebuild Technician or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
* Relevant trade qualifications or certifications.
