Strategic Growth Executive
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Strategic Growth Executive to drive business development and expansion across our key government sectors.
This role requires the ability to identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the federal government landscape and the ability to navigate complex procurement processes.
About the Role
* Demonstrate expertise in solution selling, identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities across government sectors.
* Bid strategically on major projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of government policies, regulations, and procedures.
* Nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector executives, influencers, and decision-makers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-led engagements, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
* A successful history in enterprise or public sector sales and business development, preferably in SaaS, analytics, or data platforms.
* Prior experience working with or selling into federal government agencies (APS experience highly desirable).
* Understanding of government procurement cycles, funding models, and digital transformation initiatives.
* Strong interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly within structured, complex organisations.
