Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT professional to join our team on a permanent basis.
This role will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experience and delivering highly professional electronic trading support. It will involve working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer-centric services.
* Deliver eTrade services to clients and all business stakeholders.
* Actively monitor queues and take escalation calls from customers, providing relevant solutions or escalating accordingly.
* Attend client meetings with sales personnel to review customer requirements from an etrade solution perspective.
* Provide ongoing support of etrade platforms to ensure they are operational and optimized for each customer.
* Identify and assist in updates and maintain/support policies, processes, and procedures.
* Discuss service calls and workload data to identify trends for action, particularly regarding aged or overdue customer issues and improvement/enhancement opportunities.
* Assist with compliance of security administration procedures for all etrade platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A strong background in eTrade/IT and/or sales support services within a similar-sized multi-national organization.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
* Experience working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
* Demonstrated successful experience in engaging with key business stakeholders to ensure business support requirements are being met.
