We are seeking an *Events Assistant to support a high energy, large-scale motorcross and bull riding live entertainment event in Hawkesbury this January. This is an exciting, customer facing role ideal for confident, outgoing personalities who thrive in being out and about in a crowd of 6,000.
Working as part of the on the ground team, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable experience for attendees through engagement, promotion and crowd interaction.
What you will be doing
* Engaging with large crowds and delivering an exceptional customer experience by sparking conversations
* Participating in line dancing and interactive activities throughout the event
* Supporting promotional giveaways including lollies, bottled water and prizes
* Assisting with meet-and-greet activities with atheletes and audience interaction
* Acting as a positive presence and helping create multiple touchpoints across the event
* Following health and safety venue rules and maintaining awareness of the areas
* Dress as cowboy / cowgirl to engage in event aesthetic
What you bring
* Strong, outgoing personality with the confidence to engage anyone
* Previous events experience (essential)
* High energy, bubbly and approachable demeanour
* Ability to follow instructions, timelines and venue protocols precisely
* Professional, reliable and situationally aware throughout live events
