We are seeking a polished and highly professional Receptionist / Support person to join our prestige automotive dealership. This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who thrives in a premium environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As the first point of contact, you will represent our brand with warmth, confidence, and attention to detail, while supporting a wide variety of functions across sales and service.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position in a small dealership where no two days are the same. You will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business, supporting multiple departments and contributing to an outstanding customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
* Provide administrative support across sales and service departments
* Support marketing and events coordination activities as required
* Maintain a pristine and welcoming showroom environment
* Assist with appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups
* Support after-market/car-care sales activities (training provided)
* General office coordination and ad hoc duties as required
About You
* Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
* A genuine passion for customer service and creating premium experiences
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Adaptable and willing to support across a range of functions
* Confident using computer systems and learning new processes
* Previous reception, concierge, or customer-facing experience preferred
