About the Role
A leading manufacturing company located in Yatala is currently seeking reliable and experienced Process Workers / Factory Hands to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities.
We also have Machine Operator and Process Worker roles in Beenleigh.
Due to the location of our clients, you must have a car with a current drivers license to get to and from work.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products.
- Perform regular process tasks and ensure equipment is running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during production.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and ensure product quality.
- High-Reach Forklift experience is an advantage.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment with machinery (cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industry highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule and shifts as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
