About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an Investment Analyst to join a highly regarded private investment platform with an entrepreneurial approach to real estate investment and capital deployment. With a focus on identifying value, executing strategic transactions, and actively managing investments, the business has built a strong reputation for agility, commercial acumen, and disciplined decision-making across the Australian property market. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will see you work closely across acquisitions, asset management, research, and portfolio strategy. You will play a key role in analysing opportunities, preparing investment recommendations, and supporting the ongoing performance of the portfolio. This position is ideally suited to a commercially minded analyst looking to build a long‐term career in real estate investment within a lean, high‐performing environment that values initiative, accountability, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions and existing assets
* Assist with due diligence, transaction execution, and investment submissions
* Undertake market research across sectors, precincts, and capital markets
* Prepare investment committee papers and portfolio reporting
* Support asset management initiatives including leasing, capex, and hold/sell analysis
* Monitor market trends and identify new investment opportunities
* Liaise with agents, valuers, lawyers, and external advisors
What We're Looking For
* 3+ experience in property, funds management, valuations, advisory, or corporate finance
* Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability
* Tertiary qualifications in Property, Commerce, Finance, or Economics
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Commercial mindset with a proactive and curious approach
* Desire to build a long‐term career in property investment
