* Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities
* Leadership:
* Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team of sales staff
* Set clear goals and expectations, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching
* Role model exceptional customer service and demonstrate a passion for delivering results
* Customer Service:
* Provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
* Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
* Inventory Management:
* Monitor and control stock levels to ensure optimal inventory turnover
* Merchandise displays and manage visual merchandising standards
* Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track sales trends
Requirements
* Skills:
* Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Education and Qualifications:
* Degree in Business, Marketing or related field (desirable)
* Relevant certifications or training in retail management (desirable)
