**Job Description**:
**Full time Mon - Fri, 38 hours, Permanent**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Following up promotional campaigns, dealing with initial queries, qualifying leads, and directing opportunities to the appropriate services and support.
- Working with sales management and marketing to identify potential new customers and opportunities, manage the client contact process and liaise with sales associates and other departments to assist in generating and closing sales.
- Providing a high level of support to customers while promoting Ingram's products, programs, and services to assigned accounts.
- First point of communication for incoming sales enquiries. Monitors and responds to sales inquiries and assists sales team in resolving customer issues.
- Qualifying sales leads, with a view to managing smaller accounts and passing key opportunities to sales managers.
- Manage existing customer relationships to augment sales and ensure ongoing business retention using a planned contact program.
- Deliver customer communications in liaison with Marketing, providing full follow up to campaigns, and tracking of progress.
- Maintenance of the CRM system to ensure that records are kept up to date with customer contact details and contact history.
- Develop and maintain a full knowledge of Ingram's major products, systems, and prices.
- Coordinates meetings, Tele/video conferencing set up as required.
- Manage trade table displays and/or otherwise represent the company at conferences and industry events.
- Availability to travel on occasion.
- Provide administrative support in preparation of PowerPoint presentations and/or business reports.
- Performing routine office related sales and administrative support duties for sales team.
- Monitoring and maintenance of Sales & marketing materials
- Coordinates and updates profit centre reports.
- General administrative tasks.
- To be responsible for your own Health and Safety and be aware of factors affecting your colleagues to maintain a safe environment.
- To report any accidents or potential hazards to your Line Manager immediately.
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications (Typical Experience, Typical Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities)**:
**Experience**:
- Book publishing industry experience preferred.
- Experience of managing customer relationships
- 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
**Education**:
- Higher or Degree Level Education desirable
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Knowledge of CRM systems - e.g., SalesforcProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
