Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and improving Maximo, a cutting-edge asset management system. This includes proactively making recommendations to modify or enhance existing features and undertaking any required upgrades.

* Provide technical support to Maximo users and assist with new contract mobilisations.
* Maintain and improve the overall performance of Maximo, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
About You
To excel in this role, you will require:
* Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL and experience using Maximo.
* A passion for providing excellent customer service and a drive for process improvement.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
