Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts, leveraging their expertise in sales, hospitality, and tourism.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage top accounts for Corporate, Wholesale, and Inbound.
* Drive Business Development and Account Management within the Wholesale, Inbound, Retail Travel Agent, Corporate, and MICE sectors.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure all leads and potential business are pursued efficiently.
* Develop working plans to meet targets.
* Negotiate rates and terms and conditions.

About You:

* You have a proven track record of achievement in sales, preferably in the hospitality and/or tourism industry.
* Your sales flair is complemented by strong time-management, reporting, computer, and administrative skills.
