Job Description
* Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Ensure timely payment of invoices while adhering to company policies.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies effectively.
* Assist with month-end closing processes and reporting requirements.
* Maintain accurate and organised financial records for auditing purposes.
* Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address inquiries.
* Bank reconciliations
* Data entry and accuracy checks
* Assisting with month-end tasks
* Support the accounting & finance department with ad hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience using MYOB
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
