About the Opportunity We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Finance Team on a permanent full-time basis. This position will report to the Finance Manager and is located in Mulgrave office. The Data Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations within the finance team. This role is responsible for assisting in accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, focusing on customer invoicing, account reconciliations, supplier invoice reviews and purchase order processing. The role also provides key insights into the business through data analysis, gathering, reviewing and reporting findings, ensuring data accuracy, and to influence decision making Key Selection Criteria Experience in an accounts assistant or similar financial role, preferably in a labour hire industry. Strong attention to detail and ability to review financial data accurately. Experience working with large data sets and reconciling financial records. Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central accounting software greatly desired. Exposure to Power BI and the ability to analyse, interpret, and report on financial data. Microsoft Excel skills, including working with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
