Pacific Ocean Brewing is a craft brewery and restaurant based in Tuncurry, creating ocean-inspired beers and a menu built for good times — think smoked meats, fresh seafood, stone-baked pizzas, shared platters, and dishes designed to match perfectly with our award-winning brews.
We're on the hunt for an experienced Cook (2–3+ years) to join our growing team. You'll be working directly alongside the owners and our awesome kitchen crew, helping drive consistency, quality, and creativity across our menu.
The 2-3+ years experience requirement is somewhat flexible for candidates with strong skills but less experience.
Brewery or pub cooking experience is preferred for this position.
Candidates must have valid Australian work rights.
Food Safety Supervisor and Food Handler certifications are required.
