Salary Package
Your earnings package
Guaranteed package: $105,000–$120,000 (based on experience)
* Car allowance: $10,000 (paid as ordinary earnings)
* Superannuation: 12% on top
Quarterly bonuses (post‐probation):
* Year 1: 25% of billings above target
* Increases annually to 45%
* Paid quarterly when KPIs are met
* Bonuses are earned when you meet revenue targets and uphold operational standards—following processes, staying punctual, completing documentation on time.
Example: Seeing 5 NDIS participants daily translates to roughly $13,000 in Year 1 bonuses, scaling to around $23,500 by Year 5.
You control the pace. Higher caseload means higher earnings. Prefer balance? That works too. The bonus is there when you meet both clinical and operational expectations.
Role Description
This is a full‐time remote role for a Mobile Physiotherapist. The primary responsibilities include providing mobile physiotherapy services to clients in their homes to assess, plan, and deliver personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities also encompass building trust with clients, addressing a wide range of conditions (such as neurological, post‐surgical, musculoskeletal, and chronic pain), maintaining clear and accurate documentation, and collaborating with the team to optimize patient outcomes. Flexibility and self‐driven autonomy in managing schedules and treatments are integral aspects of this role.
Qualifications
* Proven clinical experience in physiotherapy, with expertise in areas such as musculoskeletal, neurological, or post‐surgical care
* Strong ability to develop personalized treatment plans and adjust as needed based on client progress
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain patient relationships
* Strong skills in time management, organization, and independent decision‐making
* Current physiotherapy registration and eligibility to practice in the location of work
* Ability and willingness to travel to clients' locations
* Previous experience with NDIS, DVA, or WorkCover clients preferred
* Commitment to providing high‐quality, patient‐focused care
