A market‐leader within their respective sector, our client has a presence across Australia, Europe and North America. Due to business growth, the Perth business is now looking to expand its FP&A function with this newly created role.
Description
Reporting into the Head of Business Operations, the key scope of this role will include:
* Analyse and identify commercial trends and provide financial insights and recommendations.
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
* Drive pricing reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate financial standards.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard business interests.
* Drive process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
* Lead and mentor a team within the accounting and finance department.
* Support strategic decision‐making through detailed financial analysis.
Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following traits:
* CA/CPA Qualified.
* Proven track record working within an FP&A role.
* Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Leadership skills to inspire and guide a team towards achieving goals.
