You'll spend your days visiting people in their homes in Hervey Bay, Maryborough and the surrounding community—no two days look the same, but each one makes a difference.Delivering care that's tailored to each person's needs and Care PlanPersonal care, mobility support, and medication remindersPreparing meals and supporting good nutritionProviding respite—whether it's at home or out and aboutLending a hand with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, bed making, and shoppingOffering social support that keeps people connected to what (and who) matters mostUsing your own reliable car to visit customer homes and help with transport in the community; a company vehicle may be assigned to support your workThis is a permanent part-time role (48 hours per fortnight) with a set roster between Monday and Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
