Job Description

The Role

As a valued member of our Fund Registry team,the Customer Success Associate plays acrucial role in providing outstanding support toour Customer Success Managers. Your mainobjective is to create a holistic service solutionfor our clients, ensuring exceptional service isconsistently delivered. Additionally, you willactively contribute to business development,client transitions, and work collaboratively withother teams to achieve service excellence.Staying up-to-date with industry advancementsand expanding your expertise in all aspects ofyour role are essential.

This position will provide direct insight andaccess into customer success management,corporate activity and overall businessperformance. This will make you a keycontributor to thebusiness's continued growth, as well as offeringreal career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

* Support Customer Success Managers in day-to-day tasks for customer success
* Manage inbound and outbound client communications
* Verify and assist with client correspondence and instructions
* Handle client enquiries by email and phone
* Process shareholder forms, communications, and investor elections
* Assist with client reporting and audit processed documentation
* Provide administrative support within the broader Registry team
* Maintain a professional image for the business

* Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
