Bayside Health Alfred Care Group is seeking a Locum Diagnostic Radiologist to join the team for a 3-month appointment commencing February 2026. This is a 1.0 FTE Staff Specialist role, working: * 4 days per week * 9.5 hours per day * Participation in an on-call roster Staff currently holding fractional appointments are welcome to apply and may increase their sessions. The Interventional Radiology (IR) service provides care across a broad range of clinical complexity and acuity, including: * Inpatient ward rounds * Admitting rights * IR outpatient clinics * Tertiary-level multidisciplinary care Applicants must: * Be a legally qualified medical practitioner * Be registered or eligible for registration with AHPRA * Hold Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR) * Demonstrate the ability to report across multiple imaging modalities * Be experienced in managing complex clinical cases within a tertiary academic centre * Work within a major academic tertiary health service * Join a newly formed, progressive statewide network * Exposure to complex, high-acuity diagnostic and interventional cases * Strong commitment to education, research, and training * Collegial, multidisciplinary team environment Interested candidates are encouraged to apply early.
