Centre Director: Lead Premium Early Learning
A leading provider of early education seeks an experienced centre director to lead a high-performing team in their Mooloolaba location.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the centre to achieve exceptional outcomes in learning and development.
2. Lead, manage and motivate a highly skilled team of educators and support staff to deliver outstanding educational programs and services.
3. Maintain and improve the centre's facilities, resources and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers and the local community to promote the centre's values and mission.
