The Opportunity
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to lead brand awareness, engagement and lead generation across multiple businesses within our group. The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for developing, implementing and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads and drive business growth. This role involves leveraging digital channels such as SEO, social media, website, email marketing and content marketing to optimize engagement and conversation rates.
You will manage digital marketing for three companies:
* VHCC (Disability Services) – approx. 80% of workload
* H2O Investment Group (Energy & Crypto sector) – approx. 10%
* Nationwide Plan Managers (Financial Management) – approx. 10%

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaigns
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
* Manage and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & social media)
* Improve brand visibility and lead generation
Social Media & Content
* Create and schedule posts, reels and stories
* Plan creative campaigns and engagement strategies
* Community engagement (online & in-person)
SEO & Website
* SEO optimisation, backlink building and keyword research
* Maintain and update websites
* Landing page optimisation
Email & CRM
* Email marketing campaigns and automation
* Lead nurturing and stakeholder engagement
Analytics & Reporting
* Track performance using analytics tools
* Analyse data and recommend improvements
* Measure campaign impact and ROI
Collaboration & Events
* Work closely with internal teams
* Support networking events and brand activations
* Collaborating with internal teams/managers, including clients and stakeholders, to deliver high-performing campaigns.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills
* Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
* Ability to initiate and lead marketing campaigns independently
Technical Experience
Experience with some or most of the following:
* Google Ads & PPC Campaigns
* Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads
* Microsoft Ads & Snapchat Ads
* Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Tag Manager
* SEO tools (Ahrefs / SEMrush)
* WordPress & landing page builders (Unbounce)
* CRM & Email marketing platforms (HubSpot / Mailchimp)
* Project management tools & Google Workspace
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 1+ year experience in digital marketing
* Diploma or Bachelor in Digital Marketing (preferred)
* Other digital marketing courses, Google Ads / SEO certifications (advantage)
