This role is a key support function within the catering team and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‐on work, consistency, and being part of a team that delivers meaningful outcomes every day.
The Position
* Casual Kitchen Hand role with flexible shifts
* Assist with basic food preparation, including vegetables, salads, and mise en place
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen, dining, and servery areas
* Support food safety practices, including cleaning, waste management, and stock rotation
The Person
* Previous hospitality or cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* Positive, can‐do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
