Job Summary
This role entails performing a wide range of duties in food service settings, encompassing preparation and serving of foods and beverages.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sets up food service facilities, equipment, and utensils according to detailed guidelines.
2. Transports food and supplies from the main kitchen to the serving location.
3. Prepares hot and cold food lines, selects proper utensils, and adjusts steam line to suitable temperature for menu items.
4. Assists in preparing various food items, serves food to customers, and replenishes foods and silverware at serving stations.
5. Maintains cleanliness of work areas, detects spoiled or unattractive food, and manages waste disposal.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or Equivalent required.
* 2-3 years of experience in food service industry required.
* Familiarity with supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
* Able to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
* Able to read, write, and comprehend safety procedures.
