Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a tailored approach to services and support participants into meaningful employment.
* Establish positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants.
* Enhance employability through referral to support services and training.
* Provide in-employment support to sustain employment.
* Market participants' skills to prospective employers.
* Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks.
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements.
* Engage actively in the local community to promote services.
