MGI Joyce | Dickson, are offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior to join our Personal Tax Division — with a clear and genuine pathway to equity. This role is ideal for someone who’s not just looking for a job, but a long-term future with a growing and respected firm.
As part of our leadership team, you’ll work closely with the Partners and Principals to manage a diverse portfolio of individuals. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive strategic outcomes, and play a key role in the future direction of the firm.
What your role will involve:
* Managing and reviewing complex personal tax returns
* Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of professionals
* Providing proactive tax advice and planning strategies
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to the strategic growth and vision of the Personal Tax Division
* Actively working toward equity within the firm
What we’re looking for:
* CA/CPA qualified with 8+ years in professional practice
* Expertise in personal tax
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A collaborative approach
* A long-term vision to grow with the firm and step into equity
