The Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our growing People & Culture team.
This role is ideal for someone who's ready to start or grow their career in HR operations and people support.
You'll work remotely most of the time, with end-of-month onsite sessions for team reports, performance discussions, and salary review meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Support HR operations, including maintaining employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Assist with recruitment activities — posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate HR projects and provide admin support to the People & Culture team.
Prepare reports, presentations, and HR documentation for management and clients.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy across all HR processes.

About You
Degree (or currently studying) in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Some experience in HR or admin preferred — but enthusiastic learners are welcome
Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
